CAPE VERDES - São Nicolau
Tarrafal de São Nicolau is a town at the feet of huge cliffs. The wind can blow hard. Whales come and jump in the bay. The community of fishermen are sweet.
Contrasts and encounters with locals that made me fall in love with this place.

I love to paint the same place under different lights and circumstances, it is like telling a story about a place, its changes, its secrets.
And study the landscapes.
At anchor you literally merge with the surrounding, and even more when it is open to the ocean.
Sometimes it is hard, others just pure bliss.
